Floor Care Technician

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and has reliable transportation.
A Floor Technician is responsible for the scrubbing, shining, cleaning and repair of carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals.

Sweeping.
Wet/dry mopping.
Stripping/waxing floors.
Shampooing carpet.
Cleaning/disinfecting vertical/horizontal surfaces.
Vacuuming.
Pick up and removal of trash/recyclingDusting.
Restocking supplies.
Operate various types of floor equipment.
Other custodial duties as assigned.
The pay rate is $12.
50/hour.
Hours are flexible evening hours, M-F.
20-25 hrs per weekSalary:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
