Our client is an international manufacturer, supplying to the biggest OEMs and distributors in multiple industries. They are the #1 supplier for their product in the Power Sports industry (e.g. motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs, etc.). They have added a new position, focusing on Power Sports Aftermarket Business Development and Sales. In this role, you will leverage your aftermarket experience to develop new customers and distributors, meet or excel company sales goals, and work with our global Power Sports Sales team. We are very interested in talking to candidates with the following qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years experience in Action and Power Sports parts sales good knowledge of the aftermarket process

  • 5 or more years of experience in BRP, Polaris, and Artic Cat is a big plus

  • Strong desire in helping the company leverage tremendous sales success and further expand into new customers/distributors

  • Ability to identify specific customers and markets as well as create a detailed time line, including samples or other needs to acquire new business

  • Desire to build strong relational selling skills, ultimately leading to developing long-term repeat business

  • Ability to structure competitive pricing, close the sale, and follow through with our Customer Service Department all the way until successful product delivery

  • Professional presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to travel at least 50%
